Indications

As an NIV system, the BiPAP A30 ventilator is intended for patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) or other chronic insufficiency respiratory conditions Like COPD that require non-invasive ventilation assistance.

AVAPS enhanced therapy

The A30 bi-level ventilator comes with the enhanced AVAPS hybrid ventilation control to provide and maintain the right pressure at the right time, adapting to your specific needs. Your AVAPS rate can also be adjusted by a physician so it meets your condition best.

Humidity control

The One Humidity Control system and the unique ‘Dry Box’ design help reduce rainout and water ingress for an optimum experience.

View oximetry & ventilation data on one screen

The BiPAP A30 is compatible with the Philips oximetry module, allowing a display of the SpO2 level and heart rate simultaneously with the ventilation data on the screen.

Better data management

This device comes with internal memory and an SD card that can save up to 1-year ventilation information for the best therapy data management.


How to use:


How to start therapy

  1.   Connect the device to a power source (AC or DC)
  2.   Turn on the device by pressing the power button
  3.   On the display screen, select “Therapy” to start the treatment

How to stop

  1.   Press the power button
  2.   The screen will then display a 2 options menu: “Standby” and “Power Off”
  3.   Select “Standby” to keep the power and top the blower
  4.   Select “Power Off” to turn the power off
  5.   Once you have selected an option, press “OK”

Humidification

The A30 can also be used with a humidifier. To fill the humidifier:

  1.   Turn the device off
  2.   Lift the humidifier door until it locks in place
  3.   Grasp the front of the chamber and slide it toward you
  4.   Separate the top and bottom of the chamber by pushing the tab on the top
  5.   Fill the chamber with distilled water to the maximum line indicated on the sides.
  6.   Reassemble the chamber
  7.   Clean the chamber every week or two by immersing it in vinegar
  8.   Note: Select “Preheat” on the standby screen so that the humidifier preheats before therapy is delivered.
