The Respironics DreamStation Go Auto Travel CPAP features the latest Auto-Flex technology that makes it easier for you to breathe throughout the night. Auto-Flex technology automatically detects slight pressure changes caused by your natural breathing, then adjusts the outgoing pressure according to the natural rhythm of your breathing.
